Identity.We created ideas based on the relationships built between client and trainer. The "Mayfield core" conveys ideas of partnership, unity and teamwork. This mark was applied to all marketing communications.

Marketing Material.Colour-coding was employed to differentiate the variety of workbooks and handouts. Pertinent quotes were emphasised to provide light- hearted and inspirational messages to the reader.

Website.An open, honest approach was key to the design of the website – the language, format and information kept clean and concise. Colour- coding was used to make navigation simple and clear. The website features useful key dates in Mayfield's schedule, course details and a downloadable PDF company brochure.
