This page is dedicated to The Watchmen (TWM).
TWM were an Atari ST demo coding crew
between 1989 and 1992. We lived in Reading and Plymouth, England and in the 4
years we were together, we came up with 5 demos.
The Crew
The Watchmen consisted of 4 people:
- Chris(tophe) - Coding
- Ian - Graphics
- Zogg - STOS coding, graphics, music, some 68000 coding
- Skunk - Distribution
We took the name from the dark comic series by Alan Moore and Dave Gibbons.
The blooded smiley logo that featured quite regularly in our demos also
came from the comics.
